Hi all,

Can anybody tell me how to bill CPT 76376 (3d rendering images) if it is repeated twice on a same day for same patient by same doctor. when I checked in the encoder no modifier is allowed for CPT 76376 except 26 & AR.

Any help is greatly apreciated.

what encoder tells you you can't use other modifiers?
I'd use .76 on the "repeat" one. it is a repeat

also, there were times when we had to use a .59 on the second xray (same xray).. different session.
documentation supporting of course :)
