Need help coding facial plastics procedure

I need assistance coding a facial plastics case. The patient has excess skin which sort of crepes below her lower eyelids. My physician states this is not a lower blepharoplasty as there is no muscle involvement. He says it is purely cosmetic, patient is just unhappy with the creping, and that he will just be reducing the amount of skin along the area she is not happy with. We are not sure what an appropriate code might be for that specific procedure.
