Wiki Need Help...for incison code?

Dr. has ask me to find code for .....Excison of the left nasolabial cyst to a gingivobuccal sulcus incisioin....i came up with 40812....he does not like it and says there is a better one. Looks like he made the incison in the gingivobuccal sulcus and went to the nose to get the cyst....any help is good. thanks...

30124?

I"m no expert, but what about ...

30124 has a higher RVU than 40812 ... but I don't think it's "perfect" either.

30125 is for a cyst that involves bone and/or nasal cartilage.
