Wiki Need help - ICD 10 code for history of dizziness

A patient was referred for chief complaint of dizziness (referred from an outside facility) to ENT. The provider note indicates that the patient has not had episodes of dizziness for over six weeks. The assessment states "History of dizziness" and the plan states the patient is asymptomatic. The provider used the ICD 10 code of Z87.898 - personal history of other specified conditions. I have reviewed Chapter 18 Guidelines and cannot determine if this is a correct DX code or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
