Does anyone have experienced billing the stapping code and get payment? I have a new provider who did 3 applications on the back and shoulders. He suggested me to bill 29240 3 times and with 3 diff charges. such as
29240 $100.00 1 unit
29240 $50.00 1 unit
29240 $25.00 1 unit
29799 $100.00 1 unit
29799 $50.00 1 unit
29799 $25.00 1 unit

Do they sound right to anyone?

I used to bill another provider with just 1 line, 1 unit and got paid w/o problem.

I have billed strapping for shoulders as 29240-RT and 29240-LT and have gotten paid for each procedure. I assume your provider did a separate upper back strapping, for which you are billing the 29799. I have not used that code. I would think you would be able to bill it as a 3 line item though and get paid using:
29240-RT
26240-LT
29799-59
