The doctor seen the patient for a left index finger proximal phalanx fracture. Xrays were taken that confirmed the fracture. The doctor placed a short arm splint with ace bandage, webroll, and fiberglass. The doctor also placed a finger splint using the aluminum to make the splint.

My question is can both the arm splint(29125) and the finger splint (29130) be coded together along with all the materials (A4465, A4590, A4580)?

Also am wandering if anyone will know what the code is for the aluminum that was used to make the finger splint or is this included in the 29130 code?

Thank in advance for your help.
