Hi Everyone,
Just looking for some help coding the Kenalog injection. I looked on the company's website and tried to call but the phone number has been disconnected. I appreciate any advise.

J3301 if for the drug. Not payable if it is a Medicare Patient.
66030 for injection procedure to the anterior of eye (medication) without seeing the op note don't know if this helps:)
 
The information I was not able to find was the dosage and if you bill for the whole vial regardless of usage? Thanks a million!
 
Regardless of the dosage administered, bill the HCPCS code for the medication, up to the amount listed with the code.
