Nursing Home Billing Podiatry

How should podiatrist bill for nursing home visits? I billed 99304 for the initial visit and 99307 for the subsequent visit and got denied by medicaid for procedure code inconsistent with the provider type.
Medicaid is saying Podiatrist are excluded. Help! :confused:
