Can anybody guide me how to bill Radiology procedures for hospital coding?

What is the difference between ICD vol 3 codes and TC modifier? is modifier TC alone is sufficident to bill radiology procedures for hospital billing or do we need to add vol3 codes also?

Please please help me...

Vol 3 ICD-9 CM is used for inpatient facility coding only. If the patient is inpatient and the you are coding for facility billing then you use Vol 3 codes if this is outpatient then you use the CPT codes and if your radiologist is not providing the official interpretation then you add the TC modifier.
