Wiki Need help, pt in Assisted Living Center

We have a doc that has started going to an Assisted Living Center and seeing patients there. She came back and told me that there were patients who "chose" to live there. They are not there due to Medical Necessity. So my question is, on the patients who chose to live there, would that be billed the same as if the doc went to the patients house, or should it be billed as a visit done in an Assisted Living Center with a POS code 13?
