Need help w/coolocolo anast w/coloprocto anast.

Surgeon does a Laparoscopic transverse colectomy w/partial descending colectomy and partial sigmoid colectomy w/colocolo anastomosis and coloprocto anastomosis. Can anyone help with codes for this? I thought maybe 44204 & 44207 but CCI edits don't allow it...
 
When I run into this situation, we bill it anyways, it denies. I appeal. I questioned my manager about why these would even be an edit and she explained to me that they are most likely assuming there were not two anastamosis and we are trying to bill two cpts for one large section of colon being removed. My first appeal is in process, but from what she tells me w/ten plus years experience these get paid on appeal.
