I do not code this type of study and I am working on an RVU study where I am really just focusing on e/m. But... I have to pick up procedures as well. I cannot paste the report, it is from a system where I can't copy. If I have an inpatient procedure but I don't want the ICD9 III codes, I need some assistance coding a fiberoptic bronchoscopy, a right VAST, wide wedge resection, METS, R lower lobe and intercostal nerve block. If someone can just point me in the right direction. How many codes? Does one code encompass this? I was looking at 316XX, 326XX, 321XX and 644XX but I came up w/ a lot of CCI edits. Like I said, I don't do these but have to capture it just b/c it happened. Any help? Thank you.
