Hi! I do not do alot of Cath coding anymore and I am hopimg some can assist me~

Pt had a Rt heart with Ra, Rv, & PA wedge tracings...He also did Left Ventriculograhty without doing left heart cath...

I am not sure what to code for the Lt Venticulography. :confused:

Without seeing the report it sounds like CPT 93453. This code includes Right Heart cath with placement in one or more right sided chambers and the Left heart Cath which involves catheter placement into left atrium or Left ventricle with or without a Left ventriculogram.
