Need help with a surgery procedure

Our ENT physician was at the surgery center finishing up on her cases when a spine surgeon asked her to scrub in on a case he was performing. The pt had a bleed @ neck and the spine surgeon could not stop the bleeding. Once our ENT physician was present with the pt on the surgery table, the pt stopped bleeding. Our ENT packed the site with gauze and the spine surgeon sutured up the site. How can our ENT physician bill for her time & services? Thanks, Sherry
