I have registered our practice for the HER incentive and I have been trying to start the attestation process, but I need help. Example on a couple of questions on the Meaningful Use Core Measures some questions although I understand , I don't know how to respond. Exp:

When they are asking for the Numerator and denominator how do I figure out individually how many specific patients were (ERX) do I need to contact out support and run a specific report?? Very confused never done this and I have no help..

Didn't your software (or your software vendor) provide you with any documentation on how to run the reports necessary for collecting the data?
I can email you some information, but it is slated toward the system we use if that would help you at all.
