Need help with code for injection at TE Fistula

Can someone help with the correct code to use for this note:

Procedure - injection of ProlarynPlus at TE fistula site

Anesthesia 0.5 cc 1% lidocaine with epi

After anesthetist the area around the fistula, 1 cc of prolaryn plus was injected into the tissue from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock to reduce the size of the fistula

Complications: none


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
