If The Physicians Preforms Code 63660 But Does It At Cervical And Thoracic Level Would You Charge Code Twice For Each Level. Made Two Seperate Incisions?

I would code 63660 once but to be sure ask the physician how many incisions were done. :)
 
I am not a spine specialist but have some experience, if it is two separate levels (cervical and thoracic) I would code it twice (providing documentation supports which you did mention two incisions so it probably does).
 
I agree with mbort - it should be coded twice if it's supported with documentation. I'd be sure to modify the second procedure though! (multiple procedures).
