PROCEDURES PERFORMED:
1. Limited left coronary system angiography.
2. Selective left subclavian artery angiography.
3. Selective left internal mammary artery graft angiography.
4. Complex PCI with stenting of the left main coronary artery and the
proximal left circumflex artery with a 3.5 x 30 mm Resolute
Zotarolimus-eluting stent.
