Need help with CPTs. Thank you.

procedure: removal of titanium rods over the left radial and ulnar shafts and resection of adventitial subcutaneous bursa

op note reads: A small incision was fashioned over the proximal ulnar portion of the rod. Patient was found to have a granulomatous type of adventitial bursa over the proximal portion of the rod in the subcutaneous area and this was surgically excised. The ulnar rod was subsequently removed. Attention was next turned to the distal portion of the radial rod. Incision was fashioned over the radial styloid. Care was taken to protect the surrounding neurovascular structures as well as the extensor tendons. The rod was identified and removed without difficulty.

I am thinking you might be able to use CPT code 20680, for removal of deep hardware, which includes debridement of surrounding tissue....
