what is the code for - severe anemia due to gastrointestinal bleed.

Here's what I come up with:
285.1 acute posthemorrhagic anemia
280.0 iron deficiency anemia secondary to blood loss (chronic)
Not sure which you would use. Depends upon the documentation.
