What modifer do I use for new crutches? E0114? I am applying the NU and my claims are getting rejected.

Commercial insurance co. are rejecting it!

Please help.

What does the denial say, for the most part we have not had a problem getting these paid. Unless it is not a covered benefit or if they have a contract with a DME company and want the patient to get crutches from them.
