Wiki Need help with knee arthroscopy

Postop diagnosis: Snovial cyst left knee, traumatic chondromalacia medial femoral condyle and patellofemoral plica.

Operation: arthroscopy left knee, excision of synovial cyst, resection of patellofemoral plica, chondroplasty medial femoral condyle with micro pick.

I was thinking I should use codes 29877 and 29875.

Please help if these are the correct code.
