Our physician performed a kyphoplasty at L2 and did a laminectomy with coflex implant at L2-3 and laminotomy L1-2 I reported it as

63047 for laminectomy
22840 for Coflex implant
22524-51-59 for kyphoplasty
63030-51-59 for laminotomy

is this correct in terms of the modifiers and codes?
