If a patient underwent RYB and had ex lap, LOA, remnant gastrectomy with lateral tube duodenostomy, is the correct CPT code 43631 (partial gastrectomy with gastroduodenostomy)? I can't seem to find exactly which CPT code to use for this surgery.

Also, they removed the patient's spleen, because of an accidental laceration as well as extensive adhesions and displacement of gastric remant in the RUQ requiring mobilization of the spleen. Is the splenectomy billable?? The patient has Highmark BS. I am thinking no as no to the LOA. Correct?
