Our Rheumatology office has started billing for IVIG (Immune Globulin). We are concerned about what all to bill for it. The most popular code for the drug we are using is J1569. We are concerned about billing both 90283 and 96365 with this drug that it will be considered "double dipping". Is anyone familiar with these codes and have you been successful with getting them paid.
