I have been having a problem getting Medicare to reimburse for B12 injections. This started around December. I was using my B12 injection code and the administrative code when there was not an office visit. Can some one please help me figure out what I am doing wrong. I was using 90772 for admin. and J3420 for the injection itself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
