Hi,

I having a little trouble with this... Physician writes: Colonoscopy Screening with finding of Diverticulosis. He does surgery the same day: Colonoscopy to cecum, retroflexion in rectum.

I can not put the entire note, due to some illegibilty and its very long. Can someone help me with this code? I have the ICD9 code, need help with the CPT.
