Hi.

Left heart cath with LIMA, SVG to the OM and SVG to the RCA, PCI attempted however the guide cath would not seat well enough to perform the procedure. I came up with:

93459-26-59
93564
92920-RC-53

I would appreciate any feed back anyone has on this. Thank you.

I wouldn't report 93564; if you read it closely, the code is to be used during a congenital heart cath and can't be billed with CPT codes 93452-93461.

You can use 93564 with 93530-93533.

CPT 93459 includes those grafts.
