I need to verify the ICD 9 codes for the following case:
A 82 yo admitted with chronic decubitus ulcer of right great toe, stage IV. Workup revealed acute osteomyelitis with gangrene of toe. Excisional debridement of toe performed down to and including muscle and bone.:confused:
