I need a code for secretions in the left bronchial tree. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
My first suggestion is to query the physician for additional signs and/or symptoms. There are more specific codes if there was a cough, abnormal sounds, hemoptysis, etc. Without any further information, you might have to resort to an unlisted code (786.9 Other symptoms involving respiratory system and chest).
