need insight on hystero ablation with insertion of iud

I am getting it kicked back with cpt codes of 58563 for the ablation and 58301 for the insertion of the iud, any insight on this at all can these two be billed together?

According to Encoder Pro there are no NCCI edits that prohibits billing these procedures together, but you will want to make certain you include modifier 51 on 58301 since it is subject to multiple procedure step-downs/reductions. Unless of course your payer adds modifier 51 automatically to codes subject to reduction.
