Wiki Need V-code for a history of carcinoid tumor

I need to include a V-code for a history of a carcinoid tumor, however, that tumor was never diagnosed as benign nor malignant. Here is the diagnoses of the original biopsy:
"Neuroendocrine neoplasm. Small sample size precludes further classification but a low grade neuroendocrine tumor (carcinoid) is favored. Neuroendocrine carcinoma cannot be excluded."

Any suggestions for the appropriate V-code for this history would be most welcome! Thanks.

Hmmm....that's an idea. Since I would have coded the original biopsy as one of uncertain behavior, I wonder if V12.79 might fit.
