Hi,

Not sure how to code this knee x-ray notation: Bilateral AP, sunrise, tunnel, and lateral left.

Can someone please offer advice?

So you would bill 73562 RT and 73654 LT if I am understanding that you took AP/sunrise/tunnel right and AP/sunrise/tunnel/lateral left.
