PT question: I am needing some guidance on billing work hardening when treatment is less than 2 hours. The CPT description for 97545 states "initial 2 hours". Can this code be billed for only 70 minutes of treatment?

Yes can bill it for 70 minutes as long as not go over 120 minutes CPT 97545. If treatment over that time use next CPT code 97546..ensure put minutes in documentation for the day.
