I have several urology op reports which involve cystoscopy, retrograde pyelogram, fluoroscopy, laser lithotripsy and ureteral stent placement. Would anyone be willing to look at these reports and answer a few questions I have? I really have searched for answers but not getting them with my resources. My urologist has been using the same codes for the past eight years and is open to new information if I could come up with some.
 
There are two types of lithotripsy. Look toward 52325 and 52353. The difference between the two are if a ureteroscope was used to treat the stone. I know ureter stent placement, 52332, is not bundled to 52353, but I am not sure about 52325. 52005 bundles to 52353 and 52332.
