I know we can't bill for ticks removed with forceps, but if our MD used a sterile clamp and a sharp needle to remove a tick or part of a tick , may we bill for removal of foreign body, subcutaneous?
thanks

Removal of a foreign body subcutaneous is still defined as "the skin is incised or dissected." A needle would not meet this definition.
