I'm a newbie so I hope this questions isn't too basic. I have x-rays with a specific dx on the order i.e. lump in breast, lung density, pneumonia, but the final dx from the radiologist is "Normal exam" or "No lump seen". For the principal dx, should I be using a V code for the normal result or the reason for the exam?
Thanks,
