I need help with the proper way to bill NICU charges, if the Neo NP sees the patient, but the Neonatologist is not in the hospital.
I will also need supporting documentation to be able to provide to my Supervisor.
Any help with NICU inpatient charges would be greatly appreciated. :confused:

you cannot bill incident to in the hospital setting so if the NP sees the patient in the hospital you must bill using her NPI number in 24 J and signature in line 31
