Hi

I just want to clarify about coding sequence on neoplasm.What if both primary and secondary metatstatic site is given and an IV filter is placed without any indication of to which malignancy treatment is directed.
for e.g if primary site is 183.0 and secondary metastasis is 197.0 so whether the order would be 197.0 and 183.0 or vice-versa.
