In this scenario with primary prostate cancer and pathology positive for urinary bladder neck invasion and bilateral seminal vesical invasion, would the bladder neck and seminal vesical invasion be coded as SECONDARY cancers?
 
I would not. They're not metastatic sites; the primary tumor was in those adjacent areas as well. It speaks more to extent of disease and should be reflected in the staging.
