I have worked in Nephrology for 15 years. The hardest part to teach someone coming into this area is dialysis billing. If you have an opportunity to take an RPA (Renal Physicians Association) Billing and Coding workshop I would recommend it. I am rarely on the AAPC forum because there aren't very many people on here in Nephrology.
