How will you code for nerve block & trigger point injection on the same day visit for BCBS insurance? Appreciate your help.

These are the codes I used,
99214 25
20552 51
64405 50; 51

In this, the nerve block is not getting paid. Do I need to add any modifiers? Please help me out.

64405 is bundled into 20552. You will need an unbundling modifier such as 59 to get that one paid.
