Provider did

1 sensory on the right and left lat. Femoral cut.
1sensory on the Right and left inter. Femoral Cut
1 sensory on the right and left Med. Femoral Cut

is this 6 tests?:confused:

Review the Sensory nerves in Appendix J of the CPT code book:
Lateral femoral cutaneous and Medial femoral cutaneous are separate nerves. No separate listing for intermediate femoral cutaneous. This would equate to 4 studies for billing purposes.
