We are having issues with Medicare and getting reimbursed for the second NCS / EMG testing performed within a 12 month period. A majority of the time, we have received 2 separate referrals from the ordering doctor. We want to accommodate and do these test, however we also need to be reimbursed. Can anyone provide insight how they have been able to get reimbursed for that second NCS / EMG ?
