Wiki Nerve decompression with origin slide procedure

I have a patient that had a ulnar nerve decompression during the same procedure as a flexor origin slide procedure. We utilize a coding company (I am just way too busy) and they only coded the origin slide procedure. There aren't any CCI edits to bundle these procedures and the dictation reveals that they are two seperate procedures stating where the decompression was completed and the slide procedure started. The coding company referred to AAOS guidelines but I do not have AAOS membership so am unable to review their guidelines.

Does anybody have an opinion regarding the bundling of these codes?

Any information offered would be greatly appreciated.

Did you use 25315 & 64702 (digit) or 64704 Hand or foot)? If so, I don't see any CCI issuies. I would add modifier 51 to 64702/64704 since they are not modifier 51 exempt.
