Whom can we bill for Nerve monitering? I was told that medicare won't pay for it and you could try to private payors but am a little confused. Can ENT bill for nerve monitoring an what is the proper way to bill the hours?
 
Medicare usually does not pay...although we "always" bill all insurances no matter....some pay, some dont. better to try and take a chance. if they denie then we write it off. as for the hours, i bill unites and how many ever hours doubling the amount.
