Does anyone know the dx and E code for (Neupogen-related bone pain)?

most likely you will use pain in limb, or if the provider specified acute pain then use the 338.1x code for the acute pain then look up the e- code for adverse effect using the table of drugs and chemicals find the drug and look under column for therapeutic use. This will be different for ICD-10 CM just so you know.

Thanks, but I couldn't find an E code for the neupogen.

It is E934.8 . There is a wonderful book from Channel Publishing called the Expanded Table of Drugs and Chemicals. It is listed in there.
