I work for a Neurosurgeon who is going to start intervetional endovascular coding for diagnostic and thearaputic procedures. CAn anyone tell me where I can get educational material or catch a seminar on this coding. I used to code for cardiovascular and I would assume it is not too different but I would like a refresher on the specifics
Thanks for your help

The Society of Interventional Radiology Coding User's Guide is also an excellent reference. If your physician is a member of SIR, he gets a copy of this guide for free, so he may have one on hand that you can use.

I also find the Medlearn Interventional Radiology Coder to be very helpful.

Additionally, I've been coding neuroradiology for several years, so you can email me with any questions you might have. I may not always have time to respond, but I'll always try my best! :D
