I have a question regarding the use of 36218

My patient had.....
1. Right transfemoral cerebral angiogram selective right common carotid artery cervical view
2. Selective right internal carotid artery intracranial view
3. Selective left common carotid artery, cervical view
4. Selective internal carotid artery intracranial views
5. Selective left subclavian artery, cervical views
6. Selective left vertebral artery intracranial views
7. Selective right subclavian artery cervical view
8. Selective right vertebral artery intracranial view
9. Selective right vertebral artery 3-D cerbral angiography
10. Administration of intravenous sedation

I coded this
36217 - right internal carotid artery
36217 - right vertebral artery
36216 - left vertebral artery
36216 - left internal carotid
36218 - right common carotid (??)
36218 - right subclavian (??)

Can I code the conscious sedation?

Also, do you know of a class specifically designed for neurointerventional radiology?
