Our spinal surgeon is doing surgeries at our ASC and is wondering about reimbursement for neuromonitoring done during his procedures. Is neuromonitoring during spinal fusions separately billable? What would be an appropriate CPT code for this procedure?
Any input is greatly appreciated.

maybe take a look at codes:
+95940 & +95941

There is a big chunk of information in the CPT book on guidelines for these two codes. Check your CCI edits too I believe +95940 is inclusive to the spinal fusions.
